This web site and its contents are designed to help agencies, particularly agency privacy officials, understand the ISE Privacy Guidelines. The site also provides resources to help agencies move through the process of identifying and assessing existing privacy protections and ensuring those protections meet the requirements of the ISE Privacy Guidelines. Agencies should recognize that implementation of the ISE Privacy Guidelines is an iterative process. Reevaluation may be necessary of privacy policies and/or how those policies are applied to information shared in the ISE in response to new laws, executive orders, and information sharing arrangements and agreements may be necessary. Additionally, this web site will be modified to track new requirements and to recognize lessons learned through the implementation process.
