PLEASE NOTE: NMCI users - If you encounter a problem and cannot access the course, please submit a trouble ticket to your Network Operations Center. You may also download a copy of the Awareness Training Course to request a zip copy of the training course (which will need to be installed on your computer in order to take the awareness training course). The zip file is approximately 13 MB in size.

Here are the steps to follow after you have downloaded the zip file:

1. Unzip the zip file into a directory
2. Navigate to the "Awareness" folder
3. Double click on SCO1 (SCO1.HTML)
4. The course should activate
5. You will need to allow blocked content
• (You must allow Active X Controls whenever requested)
6. You should now be able to run the course to completion.
